Oh, we hear you! Your organization spends too much time entering or cleaning up data about your participants and not enough time helping to affect change of those participants. Well, never fear—we’re always working to release new features that help you to reduce the amount of time you spend on data entry and validation. With the release of version 20 of Exponent Case Management, we’re adding a new version of our Mass Record Entry feature, which will make it easier than ever for you to mass update your participant data. Mass updates allow you to add or edit multiple records at once without spending hours of time on data entry!
Distribution centers, food banks, after school programs, workforce development training and skills classes—these are just some of the scenarios where Mass Record Entry can be useful. If you’re working in human services for long enough, you know that data involving people is always in flux. With that in mind, we have added the ability to update up to 2000 records with ease. In just a few clicks, you can easily search, filter and view participant data and seamlessly update subsets or all of those records at one time. Mass updates have never been easier.
Let’s face it—if you work with dozens or even hundreds of participants, data entry can be a drag. You might consider hiring a small army just to keep up with all the paperwork! Or, instead, you could just sign up for our webinar to learn how you can streamline your workday with mass updates.
