Assessments are key elements in an organization’s strategy to gather data, inform decision-making, and execute best practices. The great news is that Exponent Case Management provides a wide variety of out-of-the-box assessments that can be tailored or you can also build your own if needed. In essence, assessments help you determine your client’s baseline status when they enter your program and visualize how their circumstances change over time. They can also help evaluate client progress, outcomes, and influence service delivery. It’s easy to examine the amount of change and condition of a client before, during, and after services. With Exponent Case Management, you can access real-time insights generated from assessments.
Many organizations use tailored assessments that are often program-specific such as the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) and the Arizona Self Sufficiency Matrix (ASM). These two are common and notable assessments used by various human services agencies that can then be customized with ECM according to your program’s needs.
